# Airport pickup details

We will update you with your order's tracking number when we ship out your order. You can check details from [My Order](https://icarry.me/member-order) .
Please head to the pick-up location you've chosen on time and provide your **recipient's name** and the **tracking number**. The counter staff may require your ID or passport for identification purpose. 
||| Please check the parcel's information to confirm it is yours before collecting it.
