# My flight was changed, can I change my pickup details?

* Kindly inform our customer service immediately if you wish to change the pickup date, time or location, and we will do our best to assist you.
* We might not be able to change your pickup location if your order has been shipped out.
* Additional storage fee of NT$160 per day may be charged on the spot if you wish to delay your pick-up date after order has been shipped out. 
* Do note that overdue parcels will be returned the next day. So please remember to inform us if you wish delay your pickup time.
