# Refund policy

**If you paid via Alipay, credit card or UnionPay:**
* Refunds will be applied to the account or card you used for payment.
* Refund transactions will be completed within 14 days.

**If you paid via ATM transfer or convenience store payment:** 
* Please provide us a copy of your bank book's cover for us to arrange refund transfers.
* Refund transactions will be completed within 21 days.

**If your order was placed via other platforms, please seek said platform's customer service to inquire the refund process. **

|| We will complete the refund process within time frame mentioned above. But actual transaction complete time may vary according to each bank or cash flow unit's procedure.
