本公司不會主動關注與追踪每一筆訂單的配送狀態，除非物流商有特別通知否則將不會主動得知任何異況。會員有責任自行查看並追踪包裹的狀態，若有任何狀況都可以隨時聯繫我們的客服，我們將會盡全力協助您展開調查。
