Refund policy
If you paid via Alipay, credit card or UnionPay:
Refunds will be applied to the account or card you used for payment.
Refund transactions will be completed within 14 days.
If you paid via ATM transfer or convenience store payment:
Please provide us a copy of your bank book's cover for us to arrange refund transfers.
Refund transactions will be completed within 21 days.
If your order was placed via other platforms, please seek said platform's customer service to inquire the refund process.
We will complete the refund process within time frame mentioned above. But actual transaction complete time may vary according to each bank or cash flow unit's procedure.
A notification email will be sent when we've completed the refunds.
