How do I pay for my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?
We are unable to change your order or increase the quantity of items, however, we can cancel partial or whole order and issue a refund for you if your order hasn't been processed. To do so, please contact us and provide your order number and the reason you wish to cancel that order. We will confirm with you whether the cancellation can be accepted.
How do I check my order's status?
You may check your order's status in My Orders. You can also check your parcel's delivery status with the tracking number given, or by clicking on "Track Parcel" button.

We currently don't accept wholesale order requests. We advise you to directly seek out the original manufacturers if you need this service.
