I received wrong item
If you have received the wrong items or the wrong amount of items, please contact our customer service within 3 working days and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Name and quantity of items that are incorrect
- Unboxing photos or videos (To show that you received the parcel in this state)
- Photos of incorrect items
We will assess the information given and contact you as soon as possible.
