How do I collect my parcel at hotel?
Logistics will usually deliver parcels to hotel's front desk, and might not contact recipient via phone.
To avoid any parcel refusals, please inform your hotel's concierge beforehand to receive your parcel on your behalf.
As most hotels will check if recipient's name is on their guest list, we highly advise you provide your hotel's booking information such as booking name, booking number or room number when placing your order for future reference.
If you do not know your hotel's room number when placing order, you can provide the information later by contacting our customer service.
