My flight was changed, can I change my pickup details?
Kindly inform our customer service immediately if you wish to change the pickup date, time or location, and we will do our best to assist you.
We might not be able to change your pickup location if your order has been shipped out.
Additional storage fee of NT$160 per day may be charged on the spot if you wish to delay your pick-up date after order has been shipped out.
Do note that overdue parcels will be returned the next day. So please remember to inform us if you wish delay your pickup time.
There will be no refunds for orders that have been shipped out on time.
