Logistics will usually deliver parcels to hotel's front desk, and might not contact recipient via phone. To avoid any parcel refusals, please inform your hotel's concierge beforehand to receive your parcel on your behalf. Kindly inform our customer service immediately if you wish to change the pickup date, time or location, and we will do our best to assist you. We might not be able to change your pickup location if your order has been shipped out. Additional storage fee of NT$160 per day may be charged on the spot if you wish to delay your pick-up date after order has been shipped out.
